Please note that at this time, all items are unexchangeable and nonrefundable. ANY ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL. To have the best O'Rose Boutique experience, please utilize the size chart and the size of the model listed in the item's description when making a purchase. If you are unsure about your size, it is always recommended to size up when completing online purchases. At checkout, please review and confirm for the correct item, quantity, color, size, shipping address, and payment information to prevent error(s) as O'Rose Boutique is not responsible for selections and/or incorrect information made by the purchaser. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Store Credit will be issued at O'Rose Boutique LLC's discretion for all claims addressed. If you've received an incorrect style or a defective item, please send pictures and order number for tracking purposes to info@oroseboutique.com within 3 days of item(s) being delivered and a representative will contact you to gladly resolve. By completing a purchase with O'Rose Boutique, you are agreeing to our terms of service and every policy in place.
